TrueAds requires you to have your TrueCall ID script fully working in order to function
1.) After connecting your Business Manager to the TrueAds Facebook App, within your campaign go to Tracking > Build URL Parameter
2. Select "Add parameter"
3. Add the parameter fb_ad_id = {{ad.id}}
4. Ensure this parameter is used across all ads and accounts you want to use with TrueAds
